Message from the Bishop
"This week’s freezing temperatures, snow and ice have brought much suffering to the people of Central Texas. My prayers and sympathies are with our people, and particularly with our parishes and schools, some of which have experienced many hardships." In addition,
the Bishop has dispensed the faithful from abstaining from eating meat this Friday
, recognizing the difficulties experienced over the past few days by so many, including the inability for some to secure food for themselves and their families.
A Parish-Wide Journey & Free Book
We are excited to offer all parishioners the booklet,
“Living Your Baptism in Lent.”
We will use these booklets as part of our Lenten journey as a faith community. The focus is on how each question of our baptismal promise shapes our understanding of what it means to live a Christian life. The books are being made available in the narthex. Enjoy it on your own or join a weekly small group.
The group studies are being delayed due to the winter storm.
